REFUND POLİCY
We have a 30-day return policy; you have 30 days to file a return request after you have returned your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate the return process, visit info@Alorostar.com

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, or lost, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), speciality items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products) should not be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any concerns or concerns regarding your product, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
The exchange system is to return the product in your possession and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return acceptance period.
European Union 14-day withdrawal period
Subject to the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, we have the right to cancel your order or refund your money without giving any reason or condition. As with the above products, your scanner must be in its original packaging, with labels and in its original condition, unworn or unused. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
