Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any change/cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of the order being placed. Requests after this time will be rejected. Once your order is received, it can be returned for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holiday and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to high demand, orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days of the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will customs and taxes be charged?

Prices shown on our site are tax-free USD, meaning that taxes and duties may be collected when you receive your order. When your order reaches its final destination, you may be charged import duties, taxes, and related customs fees as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. Please contact your local customs office for more information about fees.

What if the item(s) I received is faulty/incorrect/damaged?

If you received an incorrect, missing, and/or defective item, please contact us. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any relevant references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your situation as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be credited to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your refund, here is what you need to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. This may take some time
